The book has wonderful, colorful illustrations to go along with each page. If you have a new family member added into the family this is a great story for that. The story is simple and fun. Easy to read along and understand for the little ones. A great family book that has the theme of inclusivity. It is short and sweet so the children will be able to follow along closely before their attention goes elsewhere! Highly recommend. Very sweet and fun! The rhymes were well done. Texts were easy to see even if they were over a colorful background. I could feel joy and happiness from reading the whole story. Seeing the drawings of a happy family and the baby interacting with the family dog was very heartwarming. I enjoyed the lesson this book taught.
